The space A private main floor of a house with large backyard and direct access to the North Saskatchewan River. Air conditioning. Great parking for work crews. Owners use basement suite. Guest access Enjoy the entire main floor and backyard as well as path to river including fire pit area outside of the fenced yard. Other things to note What is meant by “quiet hours” 11 pm to 7 am? This is a residential neighborhood with working families. Therefore quiet hours means: - No unregistered guests. - Music and movies must be at a very low volume. - Quiet visiting around the firepit or deck is fine but again, no unregistered guests. Your volume should in no way disturb the neighbours. - No deliveries. - No unnecessary coming and going from the property. If you are returning from an event later than 11:00 pm or heading to work before 7:00 am of course that is fine. If you have friends coming and going through the night, that is not acceptable. Play pen crib and floor mattress always available and Laundry available on request. Owners use the basement suite. Though we try to come and go quietly, do not be alarmed to hear activity at the side door.
