The small space has been carefully designed to cater to your needs, allowing you to enjoy the experience of being in the heart of the capital, as well as being able to escape the bustle of the city if needed. The space This studio apartment is only 150sq feet. It has been designed to efficiently accommodate your necessities with enough room to be comfortable. A cozy full sized bed can accommodate 1 person very comfortably but may also fit up to 2 people intimately. The kitchenette is equipped with basic utensils, a microwave and a mini fridge. The multipurpose countertop can be used either for meals or as a work space. WiFi and a smart TV have been installed for your convenience. The compact half bath has been furnished with a small rain shower and toilet; local toiletries accompany the bedroom basin. A small outdoor patio is also available for use. Entry to the compound is via lockbox. Guest access Although this is a private space, it is on a shared professional compound. Parties, events and pets are therefore not allowed. Additional or unexpected guests cannot be accommodated. A small private patio is available for your use and a shared garden area is accessible for your leisure. Other things to note Depending on the time of year, quiet nights cannot be guaranteed as the apartment is in the centre of the entertainment and social hub of the city. December to March is usually peak activity time, as well as the Cricket match season. Street parking during these times is also a challenge. My garage is sometimes available - please inquire. Smoking is prohibited. Routine cleaning will take place before and after a stay, in keeping with standard Covid-19 safety practices. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee on request. IF YOU REQUIRE PARKING PLEASE INQUIRE IN ADVANCE. On-compound parking is often unavailable especially during carnival, but limited street parking is allowed. The garage, once available, is shared and can only facilitate one vehicle. Please note that there will be a USD$100 fee for lost keys/gate remote.
