Located at the end of a long driveway, the house sits at the center of the 5-acre hobby farm. Goats, hens, & cows roam the pastures. Fresh Eggs! Private and clean 3 bedroom with comfy beds. Owners Live on property far enough away to be private, close enough if you need anything. The space The daily rate is for up to 6 guests. You can add additional guests for a per guest per night fee. This is a working hobby farm so the owners are out during the day working with the animals and gardens. The Hot Tub and Steam Barrel Sauna are just outside the back door. Outdoor grilling on the large BBQ. We clean the grill daily. There is a glass top outdoor eating table with 9 chairs undercover and lots of fairy lights at night. A really nice relaxing fire pit (wood sold separately) spot for smores weather permitting. We love to personalize the property for each guest's stay. Because of the access to large farm animals this property is not suitable for infants. For the kiddos 3 years and up, we have many games indoors and out. Weather permitting Mini Golf, a Ninja Line with swing, and kids can accompany us at feeding times for the animals. Please let us know the names and ages of each guest and if you are celebrating a special occasion. The bedrooms are clean and comfy with new queen beds and bedding. Ceiling fans in each room and floor fans are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dinnerware and utensils. We provide a Keurig with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. We have lots of Teas to choose from for the tea drinkers. Ample condiments and some snacks in the pantry. In the bathrooms, you will find plenty of soaps, lotions, and new bath towels for your use. 55" TV for use your with own Netflix with our WiFi. We have many family movies to choose from. Guest access The house is in the center of 5 acres. Guests have front and back yard plus a large area beyond the front yard and a large treed area below the back yard. Other things to note Events allowed for an additional charge. "Events" would be small gatherings of no more than 25 people with no additional pets. Please contact the owner for additional charges before booking. We love animals here on the farm and if you bring yours we have a pet fee of $35.00 per pet per night up to $105. We provide a pet basket with many items your pet might need. We ask that you clean up after and control your pet. You should know that if your dog is aggressive towards our farm animals we will require that they be kept on a leash.
