There's a full-sized fridge, and a great stove and cookware. Grocery stores range from Whole foods and small natural stores to Aldi and Costco. Eating out or delivery are easy. There are options in every cuisine. Our native ecosystem is well on its way. A suburban grass backyard causes increased runoff and doesn't provide habitat. We decided to take the grass out and install a stone fire pit and a waterfall. (firewood in the shed) Invasive species have been removed and are replaced with hundreds of native plants, shrubs and trees. We are bringing life back to the land. Your dollars have helped this happen. Thank you! Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. They must be on leash in the backyard to protect the plants. Trails are plentiful around Lake Artemisia and Greenbelt Park. We highly recommend taking a walk straight from the house around the lake. Guest access YOU HAVE ACCESS TO the whole house except the utility room. HOW YOU ENTER - through the kitchen (side) entrance using a keypad. THE HOUSE LAYOUT This is a split level 4 bed 2.5 bath house on four split levels. You have access to three of them. The lowest is a utility area. You enter at the level of the kitchen, dining room, full bath, and laundry room. A baby high chair is available in the dining room closet. (and many puzzles and games) The living room is a half level up, and the bedrooms are further half level upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached half bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The office sofa becomes a queen bed and linens are provided (the bed can be made ahead of time upon request). All bedrooms have closets. The upstairs hallway full bath has a tub / shower that can be shared between all bedrooms. There is a firepit and waterfall in the back yard. Seasoned hardwood for the firepit is in the shed, as are chairs. The waterfall runs off a submerged tank that collects rainfall. The rocks are strategically placed as part of a system - don't move them. There's a long 2 car driveway. In the side yard, you can find a weber charcoal grill (maybe charcoal) and a starter chimney.
