Quiet and cozy house on the outskirts of Paris

Duplex at the back of the yard in a secure condominium of 9 houses. The cocooning atmosphere of this house will welcome you warmly. The decor has been designed to be as cosy and pleasant as possible for you to have a perfect stay. The space Duplex of 53m2: -a ground floor of 30m2 including dining room, living room and kitchen.-A 1st floor of 23 m2 including two bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.- A 6 m2 mezzanine that serves as an office or extra bed. A deposit cheque of 1000€ will be requested at check-in. Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm. Check-in between 3pm and 5pm. If you arrive before or after the check-in time you must charge an additional €20. If it's before or after this time slot you'll have €20 extra fee. One big towel per person.
