My house is a detached house. On the first floor are the dining room, kitchen with hardwood floor, and a full bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms. The Japanese room has a table with solid hinoki cypress table top. On the second floor are 2 rooms, which can be used as bedrooms. Rooms are with either wood flooring or tatami mats and you can spend your time comfortably. The house is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, washer, and daily necessities like cooking tools. The space ☆ There are a good seafood restaurant, crab shops operated by crab fishermen, and ramen shops and more nearby. ☆ You will have a chance to experience activities such as picking mountain vegetable in the spring in the mountain, taking care of koi fishes or working in the rice field in the summer and autumn, and snow shoveling in the winter. ☆ Itoigawa is designated as a UNESCO Geopark and there are a lot of spectacular views known to the locals only. It will be a nice experience to go jade hunting in the Jade coast. I have an official Geopark guide license and offer an Itoigawa Geosite tour to interested guests. Guest access - All rooms of the house, besides small host storage room, are available for guests. - Entire house is private space including bathroom, restroom, and kitchen. Other things to note ☆About Pets Guests with pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. - Children five years and old are the same rate as adults, so please check carefully when you book the room. - Lost house key incurs a 10,000JPY fee for re-issuance fee. ☆Management law This house is operated with a legal permit from Niigata pref, Itoigawa city government received in Jan 2019.
