The Shady Place at Forks In The Road Farm

The Shady Place is nestled deep in the woods at Forks In The Road Farm. Escape to this unique rural setting and unwind from the busyness of life. Sit on the front porch bed-swing sipping coffee and be surrounded by nature. Take a walk or hike on the 95 acre hillside farm or rest in the hammock under the trees. Make s'mores around the firepit while you unplug and relax. We are located just 15 minutes to Interstate 24, 20 minutes to Downtown Murfreesboro or Woodbury, or 45 minutes to Nashville. The space This secluded 95 acre farm land is a peaceful retreat from today's hectic lifestyle. The Shady Place, which is attached to our workshop has so many quaint details. A King Bed in the master bedroom with a beautiful shower in the bathroom which includes a rain shower head. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed and a twin bed to accommodate everyone in your family. The open living room and kitchen is perfect for hanging out, relaxing, and reconnecting with each other. Cook your meals in the fully stocked kitchen or just have coffee or tea and treat yourself to a meal at one of our local restaurants just a short drive away. Enjoy the smart TV with your streaming preferences. We also provide a DVD player along with a few classic DVD's in the master bedroom. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy nature and each other with a firepit, hammock, cornhole boards, watching the resident wildlife, taking a hike and plenty of space to spread out. Other things to note: There is no garbage disposal, as we are on septic. Please make sure nothing is put in drains or toilets that doesn't belong there. Our water source is from a spring on the farm, however we will provide water for you to drink. (Even though we love the spring water.) You will access the property by a long driveway (0.7 mile from the main road) with several "forks in the road". Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Guest access You will have the entire Barndo to yourself. Along with a covered porch and carport with string lights. Other things to note It’s very important to read the directions to get to The Shady Place. Sometimes GPS can be a little tricky.
