Ventilation

Vindjar has a great location overlooking the agricultural area, Meløyfjellet and the sea. Short distance to the convenience store, community center and beautiful Meløy church. Meløy consists of about 270 permanent residents, but has many visitors on weekends and holidays. The island's population is active and has several organized teams. Active souls have established several activities for the island's population and visitors. Among other things, beach volleyball court, football tournament, mountain trim, concerts, tennis court, etc. The island has magnificent nature and is an excellent hiking area. The space Vindjar is undisturbed with sea and mountain views close to the convenience store and "center" of Meløya. The house itself was built in 1936/1937 but is completely renovated and appears with good/high standard while the charm is preserved. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Vindjar is an excellent starting point for sea kayaking. We have 2 kayaks with equipment that can be rented by appointment and documented Våttkort skills. The hosts can also be helpful with guiding/arranging tours in certain periods.
