The top floor includes two very large bedrooms, a bathroom with a skylight, a baby room as well as a laundry room. There is access to a large backyard via the kitchen and a deck. The space This apartment is our home, not a full-time Airbnb rental. This is probably a better place for a family looking to enjoy NYC and have a comfortable place to come home to after sight-seeing. This is not a place to through parties or have very late nights. Our friends live below and are working adults.
