Centered location! A modern, spacious, luxurious home with completely new renovations. 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. You'll have private access to your own washer/dryer, garage for 1 car. The community has a pool/jacuzzi, playground, workout areas, basketball courts. I require at least 3 positive reviews from guests. The space Elegance, style, light, and modern! The moment you enter this townhouse you will fall deeper in love with the modern, stylish decor! It has not one but two outdoor spaces - one porch and one balcony off the kitchen. This luxury condo has brand new flooring, countertops, Viking/Bosch appliances, 85" TV, and comfortable furniture. You have the entirely new 1200 square foot townhouse to yourself! The community is gated, close-knit, yet you have a unit that is more private than the others since it's elevated second story front porch. It's safe as with the friendly community of neighbors so there is virtually no crime, no drama, no problems. While in a quiet complex, right outside of it, you are literally in the middle of hundreds of popular and loved restaurants, cafes, lounges, companies and attractions. see my list of how many great restaurants, shopping, and conveniences are nearby but it has just about as much as anyone can imagine. It’s within a short drive to the beach. This place is perfectly centered for convenience to be able to get everywhere. THE HOME Living Room : 1 couch, 1 daybed, a circular coffee table that can double as another seating area 85'' TV. Internet: FREE HI-SPEED GUEST WIFI across the entire unit. Strong reception! Kitchen: Oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee Dining: Accommodates 3-4 people Bedrooms: Comfortable Beds. One is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and the other is a queen-sized Murphy bed in the second bedroom that can be closed into the wall shelf completely for more space or storage. Bathrooms: New luxurious tile/accents and filled with many essentials and toiletries for your convenience. Laundry: In-unit laundry with washer and dryer. Parking: You will have 1 covered Garage Parking spot. The garage is a two-car garage but the owner's car is in one spot and covered so and you'll have the second spot. Very roomy and good for storage as well. In the community right outside your door: * Pool (closed or limited during pandemic) * Spa/Hot Tub (closed or limited during pandemic) * Basketball Courts * Workout spaces (pull up bars and such around the community) * Walking paths * BBQ LOCATION AND POINTS OF INTERESTS Within walking distance (5-15 minutes): * Peet's Coffee * Trader Joe’s * Philz Coffee * Tender Greens * Starbucks (multiple) * Shake Shack * Equinox Gym * REI * Barnes and Nobles * Costco * At least 4 major shopping centers with more stores and restaurants than I can list (Manhattan Village, The Point, * Public transportation such as the train (although you'll want to drive in LA) * Various companies and HQ's, especially aerospace and tech Within 5-10 minutes drive: * Whole Foods * LAX (no plane noise whatsoever) * Target * Manhattan Beach Pier, The strand * Famous surfing spots such as El Porto * Specialty coffee such as Two Gunz * All types of interesting places for food (Mongolian, Japanese, Fish Tacos, healthy options, Grimaldi’s, El pollo loco, Chicken Maison, Cuban, Indian, desert places, etc) * Other downtown communities such as El Segundo and the restaurants that come with those areas * 3-4 shopping centers that has just about every store you'd want (Apple Store, Lululemon, Anthrology, Banana Republic, Home Depot) * So many more major LA based companies and startups Within 20 minutes drive: * Marina Del Rey * Venice Beach/Silicon Beach * Redondo Beach * Santa Monica * Torrance (large mall and a huge Japanese community full of great food) MORE ABOUT THE AREA If are looking accommodations for areas, and you're not familar, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Beach, while popular, can be overrun with the homeless and has worsened since the pandemic. It can actually be stressful to live there as safety is a concern. Inglewood and Torrance are also lower-end neighborhoods and not as safe central to various areas as this home. Marina Del Rey is a little better but usually with traffic noise, and not as accessible if you're inside the Marina. It's a pain to get in and out. This home is minutes from LAX so it's super easy to come and go but just far enough with zero airplane noise which are problems in certain places in El Segundo, Playa Del Rey, and those areas. Hawthorne itself is huge. This place is right on the tip of Hawthorne but literally on a block that is on the corner of Manhattan Beach and El Segundo as well so it's in as best of this area as possible. Anywhere east of the 405 in Hawthorne becomes not a nice area.. This place is just over a distance of that is not concerning. This home is in the perfect area of safety, convenience, near beaches, corporate HQ's and fun areas. Being in a gated community, which is rare in LA makes it also even safer and quieter. It can't be beat! Pool limited and closed for Covid. Same as everywhere else in Los Angeles (they might not tell you upfront but it's a legal issue). Other things to note We want to make sure you have an amazing experience. The manual will have everything you need. I require at least 3 positive reviews from other hosts within the past 2 years. Once booked, the community and I require a 30-day minimum signed lease upon booking. I'll send it to you for you to send back. The mailbox won't be available but you'll be able to receive deliveries from Amazon and any other e-commerce sites as they deliver to the front door. Parking will only be for 1 spot and the community is strict on towing cars parked in common areas for more than a few days. There's no way around it so if you have more than 1 car, it won't work.
