The space This apartment offers the most picturesque framed ocean views from the moment you arrive, entering onto the delightful wooden-deck terrace and throughout the apartment. The air-conditioned apartment has a typical open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area, complete with interesting finishes and is fully furnished & equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV and sound bar, Marshall speaker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wifi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels. Other things to note Steps leading up to the access of apartment, that you will forget about as soon as you see the breathtaking views. If necessary. we can provide luggage assistance upon arrival and departure. Luggage assistance is subject to availability. A mandatory refundable damage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival. We collect the damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. We return your damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days after check-out - the refund is subject to terms & conditions. We require your personal email address after reservation made, to share with you our property / guest manual together with a guest information form. The aforementioned documents need to be completed 7 days prior to check-in.
