Welcome to Stay at Queenstown - Avalon Views (one bedroom option). Our beautiful inviting home will enchant you with breathtaking views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Enjoy your very own hot tub all to yourself after a long day on the slopes or hiking and soak in the views. You will be the only guests in the property during your stay. The space All of Stay at Queenstown's properties are warm and inviting with everything you will need to make your hard earned holiday a wonderful experience. Stay at Queenstown's Avalon Views Romantic getaway offers a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances including an espresso coffee machine. With very warm and welcoming spaces you can't help but relax. Choose from either a queen bed with ensuite or if you are friends, two single beds with main bathroom. Please let us know in your booking request. Guest access We share a relatively steep driveway with two other properties. You will need to drive to the top, turn left and we are the rear duplex. You are able to do a three point turn in our yard. Absolutely no parking on the shared driveway as this inconveniences the other residences being able to get to their homes. For the one bedroom option, the second and third bedrooms are locked off and not rented to anyone else. Other things to note We do have a fire place, however we do not supply firewood. Only if you are familiar with using a fireplace are we comfortable with guests using it. Please only burn timber, paper and cardboard. No coal, plastics or anything else is to be put in the fireplace. Thanks. We strongly suggest travel insurance - even for domestic travel, as we simply cannot afford to refund last minute cancellations. We wish we could! Cancellations due to government mandated travel restrictions will be handled on a case by case basis. We endeavour to work with our guests in any way we can to come to a suitable resolution that suits both parties.
