Eco-farm, private self-catering chalets

60 km before Kamanjab on the C40 if you come from Outjo, this beautiful Eco-Farm is 10 km to the left of the asphalt. Exit F2659. Follow the signs for Ohorongo to Leicester Gate. See photos with description. A few 100 meters down the road, the road splits. Follow the left road to the house. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Game drives are possible for N$500.00, paid in cash, per vehicle (4-8 people). The space Two buildings, to be rented separately, fully self-sufficient with bathroom and kitchen and two bedrooms with two beds per bedroom. A maximum of 4 people can sleep per house. There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets per cottage. Hot water is available from solar boilers, and you can cook on a gas stove. There is also a fridge combination available. Guest access From the public road, it is a 10km drive on a "plaaspad". A two-lane road. You drive through two farms before you get to “Leicester Gate”. A sliding gate. A few 100 meters after this sliding gate, keep left to get to the house and the two accommodations. Cars that are very close to the road surface may experience nuisance. A 4x4 is not necessary, but it is the easiest. Other things to note This is not a standard accommodation accessible to the public. This is a particularly rare location in the heart of northwest Namibia. From here you can go to Etosha, Skeleton Coast, Palmwag, Sesfontein, Warmquelle, Opuwo, Okavangoland, Kunene, Twijfelfontein, Outjo and Kamanjab. There is NO WiFi here, but you do have internet via your mobile network. Reception is best at the Co-host's house, but also on top of the hill next to the cottages.
