The space Energy efficient townhome has an open floor-plan, accent double paned windows, LED lighting & ceiling fans & double sinks in ALL 3 full bathrooms. When you rent the entire house it offers 2 separated master suites. Other things to note Please read, for guests that are new to Airbnb: There is a fair amount of misconception in Airbnb's name. Some guests arrive expecting a prepared breakfast due to the way Airbnb has created their company name/platform. Please understand that prepared breakfast is a separate check box amenity and it is not included in most listings. This listing does not include a cooked breakfast. Yet there are a few items in the refrigerator you can prepare. If you are in search for a listing that includes breakfast, please conduct your search with that amenity checked. - This is shared space so please be considerate of fellow guests and turn down the volume of activities after 10:30 PM. - The kitchen space is also shared. You are free to use the kitchen and appliances but please clean up after yourself so the other guests may enjoy using the facilities also. - No Smoking in the property - The refrigerator is there for your use. The eggs, milk, and bread items are free for all to use. Feel free to keep additional personal food items in the refrigerator just please label them with your name. Unlabeled food is shared by all and cleaned out once the fresh dates have expired. - All of the various treats and snacks that you find on the top kitchen counter are there for your snacking enjoyment. Help Yourself. - The ironing board and iron are there for your use. If you choose to take them to your room, then please return them to the common area once done so the other guests may use. - If you have any concerns, questions, are out of supplies, do not know how to operate any of the appliances; then please do not hesitate to call us and we will do our best to resolve the issues and make your stay with us a comfortable one. - Check out is 11:00 AM. We need the time between 11 AM and 3 PM to clean up the rooms for the next guests.
