Large modern kitchen with kitchen island and dining table, direct exit to large private balcony. Lovely garden with several patios and space for play/games. Parking is available. The space Upper floor: Large bright living room (includes office space, TV sofa and dining room table), large modern kitchen, larger bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, there are several exits to the balcony. Downstairs: Entrance, two larger bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, large bathroom, a smaller toilet, laundry room with a shower cabin. Also here, exit to the patio from one of the bedrooms. Guest access Guests are alone in the house during the stay. Guests have access to most rooms in the house. There are stairs in two places between the floors. Several parking options are available for car/cars by the house. Other things to note Cleaning is expected to be performed by the guest. The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. If the apartment is not cleaned after departure, a fee will be charged. Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 600. For bookings of less than five nights, bed linens and towels are not included in the rent. Guests bring this themselves or buy it for a cost of SEK 80 per person.
