Other things to note Valid photo government ID is required to be shown to the host on arrival, and a Security Guarantee of AUD$350 is to be paid on arrival. The Security Guarantee will be refunded provided the 2 keys and garage remote control are returned and the apartment is left in a clean and undamaged state.
