Mon Petit Cabourg - Cottage 150 m from the beach

In love with Normandy, we acquired this pretty 3-room cottage in 2018 which was completely renovated by an architect. The space Located just 150 meters from the beach and the Promenade Marcel Proust in a secure residence, you can do everything on foot (or by bike): 2 min walk to the beach and promenade, 10 min walk to the city center and casino along the beach, 2 min to the Parc de l'Aquilon for children. Park your car in front of the cottage or in front of the residence and make the most of your stay. Everything is close by. The cottage consists of a large, sunny living room on the ground floor, kitchen, dining area, lounge area (with fixed sofa, armchair, poufs, flat-screen TV, sound tower, etc.), hallway, cloakroom and toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a landing serving the 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 in the 1st bedroom and 2 beds 90 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom as well as a chair bed), a bathroom (toilet, double sink and bathtub, hair dryer and electronic scale). The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a wardrobe with shelves at your disposal. Refined decoration (completely redone in 2018) in "white" and "linen" tones, parquet everywhere, high-end equipment (induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, large family refrigerator freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, electric mixer as well as all the equipment to cook as at home. The main room opens directly onto a large composite terrace with table and garden furniture for 6 people, 2 deckchairs, parasol. For everyone's enjoyment, in the garage you will find bikes, beach toys, a laundry area with washing machine and a sink to rinse swimsuits. Guest access Our little Cottage is totally dedicated to you during your stay. Other things to note - Sheets and linens (towels, tea towels, etc.) are not provided. However, if you would like to have the beds made upon arrival and the sheets provided (you can also order towels/tea towels), you can book through the "Loclinge" Concierge in Cabourg, providing our address.
