The main queen bedroom with a 32inch TV, an ensuite and walk in robe, a study with desk and double sofa bed, a powder room, large lounge area with sofa seating for 7 and a 75inch TV, 8-seater dining table with separate smaller 3-seater for the little ones, state-of-the-art kitchen, and outdoor entertaining balcony is also featured upstairs. The modern kitchen has plenty of bench space, a dishwasher, a 900mm electric oven with 900mm gas cooktop and range as well as a fridge with chilled water and ice and a walk in pantry. The balcony includes a BBQ and dining area as well as an outdoor lounge area that overlooks the pool (heated to 28* except in the winter months) and the back garden with a fire pit and peaceful bush outlook. The lower level offers a rumpus room with a pool table, lounges and a 75inch TV. The remaining bedrooms are also found on the bottom floor including three queen bedrooms, two of which with 32inch TVs, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry. All of this opens up onto the back deck area, pool and down to the fire pit and garden.
