A villa in central Kungälv next to the river with proximity to most things. Enjoy Kungälv's sights such as Bohus Fortress or move quickly to central Gothenburg by bus or car in just 20-28 minutes. The bus stops outside Liseberg. A bright and fresh accommodation that is well-equipped with a garden to enjoy. The garden has several patios and can have access to a trampoline (not guaranteed). Welcome! The space The house has two floors + a furnished basement. The ground floor has an open floor plan between kitchen/dining area and living room. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Through the kitchen, you can reach the house's balcony and the garden's other patios. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The furnished basement consists of an office that also contains a sleeping area (separated but no door). There is also a guest room/living room that is equipped with a sofa bed. In the basement, there is also a toilet. There is also the house laundry room to use if needed. The basement has one additional room, but it is locked during the stay. Wireless WiFi is available as well as free parking for up to 2-3 cars on the property. Outside the property there are paid parking lots. Guest access You have almost the entire house to yourselves except for a room in the basement and a dressing room upstairs. Other things to note When you check in, you will be welcomed by a well-cleaned house. You are responsible for cleaning so you leave in the same as when you check out. Worth noting is that the home is easy to clean. If you need help with the above, we can agree on cleaning at cost price before the stay.
