Our Tourism PEI license number: 4000047 The space Yellow Tent Cottage, PEI is a spacious, Cape Cod-style beach home located in a private tree-lined lot. This waterfront property features a large deck with patio furniture, a hot tub, fire pit, parking area, and the shallow beach is just feet away! With a wall of patio doors and windows, the main floor offers unbelievable views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first main floor bedroom has one (1) queen bed for those that are not able to easily go up and down stairs. The second main floor bedroom is our play room for kids! It has four (4) twin beds in an L-shaped style bunk bed. The main floor bathroom has a stand-up shower and also includes full laundry. The upstairs is the entire master suite. It offers a lounge area, one (1) double bed, one (1) queen bed, and a full bathroom. The views from the upstairs are second to none, as you can simply lift your head off the pillow and see the ocean! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, and all the amenities listed. Other things to note We would like to address the reviews from the 2025 rental season re: our water. During the Spring of 2025, the area had significant rainfall which led to our cottage being on a water-boil advisory. We advised all our guests accordingly and mentioned that if they want drinking water to bring bottled water. We apologized for the inconvenience, and reimbursed our guests for the cost of the bottled water. At the end of the rental season, we installed a VH200 UV viqua filter system with water filter. After installation, we had new water samples tested with the Province and the samples came back clean. If anyone has any questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask.
