About an hour drive from Perth and almost 2 hours from Rockingham Beach, our tiny house is your hideaway from city grind. There’s a lot to discover in this region, like Mount Brown Lookout, Avon Valley National Park, and the Red Vault are the perfect places for long walks. You can experience the warm hospitality of Mennonites, known for their woodworking, farmlands, and other fauna. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence and wood shop. ADVISORY: - There’s a swing, tight rope and hammock that you can use during your stay. - We are a working farm, please expect pet and animal and agricultural noise on the property. - We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice: - Firewood is at $16 per tub - Farm tour and chicken feeding are available. Other things to note - No smoking on the property. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
