The space Our Unit is fully furnished and is located at the 4th flr overlooking Antipolo Area. In compliance with the condo building's rules, I need this to preregister you and your companions in order to make sure that the check-in process is hassle-free for everyone. ✅Our unit accommodates 4 guests and an extra of 1 guest is free if infant or child (up to 6 years of age). Guest/s in excess of those 5 would be charged extra. ✅We charge one-time Cleaning fee to cover the cost of cleaning the unit before you check-in. ✅24 hours security guards are around the community to ensure your safety. ✅Smoking and excessive noise is prohibited. Respect your neighbors. ✅It is strictly advise to be careful on all the appliances/furnitures as the unit is fully furnished like a cozy home.
