Maslin Beach House, sun sand and sea.

My place is close to Adelaides best beach and wineries, sun sand and sea, family friendly. Maslin beach is a quite place more like a small hamlet located just south of Adelaide. It has bus service and there is train service at Seaford. Supermarkets are located 1.5km away. McLaren vale wine region is 5-8km along the country road. If you want quite sun and sand with a great beach to walk on this is for you. This is a large four bedroom house. It has a good kitchen and separate BBQ area. The house is light and airy with open views. Large lawns allow children room to move and the streets are quite. The lounge and ajoining dinning areas give you room to move spread out and relax. Our patio on the front looks out to the sea. Amazing sunsets every day. All rooms are funished and there is simple coffee machine and tea supplied All areas of the house apart from the following. The laundry has a sink but the washing machine is not available for use. There is a cleaners cupboard for the cleaner to use and is not available. The garden shed is locked and for owners use only. I will usually met you at the property to let you in and show how the property works. However at times I may not be available. I am be contacted by phone at most times and I will collect or arrange collection of keys at end of stay. At other times to check in Iwill contact you and you will be sent a code for a key drop box on the property to collect keys and return keys. This is a very quite area. It is located close to suburbs that have a shopping area. The homes are settled by families that live there all year round. Children have the freedom to walk around ride thier bikes. Maslin beach has a small town feeling. It is a very short commute to the best wine region in SA Public transport to the beach by bus, this will connect you to very regular trains to Adelaide. You can cycle or just walk the trails along the beach or parks close by. You can bring your kayak for some great local sea kayaking. To travel further you may need a car or motorbike. There is a no pet policy but in some cases we will allow pets with prior approval. This may include a bond. No smoking in the house. Strict rule of no parties in the property.
