It has kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, TVs in the living room and en-suite, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is 66 m2 with a suite with a queen-size bed, a closet, a bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a living room with a huge balcony. We have free Wi-Fi, SKY TV and Netflix for our guests. Upon your arrival, we offer a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper in the bathroom, a filter for the coffee maker and an extra bath towel for use in the condominium pool! ATTENTION - IMPORTANT -- THE ELECTRICITY FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE. We charge the energy consumption fee: R$1.50 per KW consumed, to be paid at the end of the stay, after calculation based on the meter reading (on the day of check-in and on the day of check-out) through the Airbnb website or by PIX deposit. - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT - VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED by order of the condominium. - For good coexistence with the neighbors, please avoid noise and loud sounds on the apartment's balcony, especially at night. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE HOUSE RULES! Guest access Sauna, fitness center with trainer, swimming pools, whirlpool, game room, squash court, playground, etc. all available in the Landscape complex. The easiest option for getting around Fortaleza is to use a taxi service or a driver app. If you are by car, we offer a (rotating) parking space in the garage. And if you need an additional space, there is a 24-hour parking option on the next block. In front of the condominium and along the Beira Mar there are also parking pockets (Blue Zone). Other things to note To assist guests' arrival, we offer detergent and sponge in the kitchen, soap and (1) toilet paper in each bathroom. Each guest will have a kit with a sheet, bath towel and face towel. For early check-in or late-night check-in, please book the day before!
