Lennox Head Ocean 1/1 - A spot in Paradise

Welcome to our spot in paradise - the accommodation provides a home away from home experience with the beach and Lake Ainsworth right on your doorstep. You have the choice to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet from the spacious balcony or take a six minute stroll to Lennox village central where you will find retail shops, chemist, general stores, restaurants, bakery, etc. A short drive north or a hop on the bus will take you to the world renowned Byron Bay. The airport is close by. The space The property consists of a large double car park, secure garage, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a combined laundry/kitchenette downstairs. Upstairs you will discover a generous open plan area with a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining alcove. The lounge area sports a large wall mounted smart television and Wi Fi is available. There are also televisions in the 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. Adjacent to the lounge, the outdoor/undercover balcony has a fabulous outlook to the ocean and contains an 8 seater table. Patio heaters are available for the cooler months. A section of the upstairs area is private and not accessible. The large lock up cupboard and locked up bicycles in the garage are also not available to guests. All other areas are for you to enjoy The 7 kg Airconditioner (which should be operated with window and doors closed) is in the main kitchen, Dining and Living areas. The downstairs is insulated with a cement slab ceiling and each room has a highly efficient ceiling fan. Guest access Lennox village is within an easy stroll. The village will provide you with almost anything and everything you may need to purchase. For a very large grocery shop you may choose to visit the large Woolworths which is an 8 minute drive to Epic. Other things to note Oceans 1/1 @ Lennox is our home and we would love you to enjoy it and treat is as you would yours. Please note that it is situated in a residential area with some holiday rental homes. There is strict "no party/no events" policy.
