The perfect place for a coastal escape for the whole family. Flip Flops is a classic style 2 bedroom beach house in a very quiet street at the north end of Narrawallee Beach. We have everything that you need for a perfect beach stay. We are only 350 easy steps to the Inlet and a few more to the beach so close you can hear the waves crashing in the distance. The space Price Break Up Owner - Nightly Rate - This is the only part of the booking cost that we receive. Cleaning Fee - We use contract cleaners at this property this fee is paid directly to the cleaners. Service Fee - This is an Airbnb Fee charged to you to use their booking service. This fee is paid directly to Airbnb. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed. Small lockable cabinet to secure your valuables. Bedroom 2: Double Bed and Single Bed. Our beds have a Mattress Protector and Pillow Case Protector and are made with a Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet and a Comforter in Summer and A Blanket and Two Comforters in the Winter. Pillows are covered with a Pillow Case. Bathroom: Shower only with a small bath at the bottom. One bath towel per guest is provided. Lounge room: Two very comfortable Lounge Chairs, A Large TV, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and a Wood Burning Fire for winter. Narrawallee does get very cold in the Winter months so if it is your intention not to use the Wood Fire we advise you to bring an extra Blanket or Dooner with you. Kitchen: Kitchen has an Electric Oven and Stove Top. Coffee Pod Machine, Air Fryer, Kettle, Microwave and plenty of Cutlery and Utensils. Second Lounge room: A comfortable Two Seater Lounge. Great spot to read a book. Laundry: Small Washing Machine, Dryer and a Clothes Airer for drying in wet weather. Iron and Small Table Top Ironing Board. Outside Pergola Area: Fully screen enclosed which offers protection from Flys, Sand Flys and Mosquitos. Timber Table and Bench Seat where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors, relax and listen to the native birds and the waves crashing from the beach in the distance. We offer a fully fenced and secure backyard. Cleaning: We contract a Cleaner to clean our property. If the house is not clean on your arrival please let us know. The Cleaner will also inspect our property on the day of your check out if property is not left as you found it or if the Cleaner will have to do a deeper clean an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Pets: We do not allow PETS at this property. Smoking: This is a STRICTLY non smoking house. Guest access You will have access to the whole House and Backyard. We have a few cupboards inside the house plus the Garage and Sheds which will be locked for storage no access is available to these Cupboards or Buildings. Other things to note A $350 bond will be held by Airbnb and the hold will be lifted only after we complete our inspection upon your check out. We contract a Cleaner to clean our property so a $120.00 fee is charged with your booking. If the house is not clean on your arrival please let us know. The Cleaner will also inspect our property on the day of your check out if property is not left as you found an cleaning fee will be charged.
