The space Chilltop Lounge is a 4th-floor 1BR loft with city views through floor-to-ceiling windows — from sunrise through golden hour and into the city lights at night. The private patio extends the experience outdoors, giving you a dedicated perch above the neighborhood. The shared rooftop terrace adds panoramic mountain and skyline views for all building guests. The location means you won't need a car once you're here. Walk to Empower Field for Broncos games, Ball Arena for concerts, 16th Street and downtown for exploring. Food is less than 100 steps away. The King bed, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi handle everything practical. Many guests return specifically for the views and the walkability combination. Other things to note • To fully confirm your reservation, we’ll send a guest agreement to sign, which includes our house rules and helps protect our homes, owners, and neighbors. • For the safety of our properties and guests, some reservations may require identity verification through Guest Ranger. If needed, you’ll receive a secure verification link by text after booking. Reservations not completed with required verification may be subject to cancellation. • This is a strictly non-smoking property. • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (strictly enforced). Parties and events are not permitted. • Dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted. • Parking is street parking only. There is no designated parking space or lot in the building. • Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval. • Check-out time is firm to allow our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and may incur a fee. • Please note that mailbox access is not available. We are unable to retrieve mail or packages delivered to the mailbox or mail room and cannot take responsibility for lost shipments. • An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
