This unique place has a style all of its own. Nestled between the iconic Caves House and the Yallingup Beach, Caves Beach House sits cliffs edge over the century old Caves House gardens. Take the boardwalk stairs to the left and you are an 8 minute stroll to the beach, walk right and you're at Caves House Hotel and Restaurant, the Biodynamic Gugelhof Bakery and the Caves Park Mini Store. The space… Relax on the deck or in the open plan kitchen, living/ dining room whilst looking over the treetops of Caves House Gardens and Yallingup Cliffs. Our kitchen is large and well appointed with everything you will need to entertain. This includes a food processor, a Nutri bullet and a coffee machine filled with fresh coffee beans. The pantry is stocked with oils and vinegars, the fridge with some condiments you may need during your stay. Down the hallway from the kitchen are four large bedrooms- 3 x Queen and 1 x King. All beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and huge wardrobes. Two bathrooms are on the top floor. An ensuite with spa is off the master suite and the other bathroom is for the other guests. There is a third bathroom downstairs. All rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. There is an additional cosy fire place in the living room you can use between April and the end of September. Our outside deck sits high in the tree tops overlooking the beautiful Victorian gardens below and the majestic Lemon Scented White Gums. The deck has a dining table & chairs, BBQ and an outside heater to keep you warm during the cold winter months. Downstairs is our laundry, a third shower and lavatory. Outside there is a spare outside fridge/ freezer and an outdoor area with table tennis table and outdoor seating. There is a tree lined boardwalk situated out the front of the house which will lead you down to the pristine Yallingup Beach just a 10 minute walk away. Caves House is just 2 minutes away together with the local bakery and Caves Beach convenience store. You will love this house, its serene, spacious and just a stroll to everything you will need on a holiday. Guest access All areas Other things to note Caves Beach House is a self service accomodation. You will receive on arrival a "Starter Pack" of all the goodies you will need for the first few days of your stay. Toilet paper, washing up liquid, dish washer tabs, clothes washing detergent, toilet rolls x 2 for every bathroom soap etc. Tea, fresh coffee beans, basic pantry stock and milk is also there.
