Robinson Cottage studio is a fully renovated suite in a former 1860s shop. A modern fitout and modern bathroom compliment the old building and an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture, together with a king-sized bed make a unique space! The space The studio is in a converted 1860s shop which has been renovated with a mix of old and new. The original Tasmanian Oak flooring, and lime plaster ceiling is contrasted by the modern bathroom and kitchenette and a mix of oriental antiques, retro and modern furniture. The room has a king size bed and a good-quality double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space (ideal for children, or for configuration as a twin). The studio has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, utensils etc. - but no stove/oven), and has a flat-screen TV. Electric blankets, heating and quality bed linen are standard. Guest access The studio is private, being separated from the main house to which it is attached. Free parking is provided. We offer guests total privacy. Check-in is via a keysafe (code provided at the self-check reception). Although you may not see us, we are always at the end of the phone to help with any questions or advice. I'll contact you on the morning of check-in with a door-code for a self-check-in. Other things to note Please note that most food places in the town close at 7-8pm, so if you are arriving after 7 you will need to self-cater (the room has a sink, fridge, microwave, basic crockery/cutlery and tea/coffee facilities - but no provision for cooking).
