The home has three levels: Ground Floor: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Toilet and Bath Second Floor: Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms Attic: Two double beds and two bunk beds (single over double) There is a private backyard garden. Guest access The outdoor pool is open daily except Tuesdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Rates for non-resident: Adult - Php500.00/head; Children 5 yrs and younger - Php300.00/head. Free use of playground. There is a parking lot in front of the property that can hold around 40 cars on a first come, first serve basis. Other things to note Guests are required to indicate exactly how many adults, children, infants, and pets will be staying at the place when they book. Kitchen is equipped to heat food. All bedrooms on the second floor are provided with air conditioners and ceiling fans. The bedroom in the attic is provided with two wall mounted electric fans, two stand fans, and 1 floor fan Hotel quality mattress and bed linen for the bedrooms on the second floor.
