From a fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine to free and unlimited Wifi, smart TV, bedding and bathroom linen, ceiling fans in the two queen bedrooms, and a split system air conditioner in the living room, we have thought of everything to ensure your comfort. Downstairs there is undercover parking for one small vehicle and free and unlimited on street parking for additional or larger vehicles (the carpark is a standard vehicle size but it's a little tight). Other things to note - The property is located right in the heart of the action. It's located between the Pacific Hotel and the cafes on Clarence St. - While the property is air conditioned and you can close all the windows, there are some nights when guests leaving the pub can be noisy as they walk home and the cafes open early with happy chatting early risers. - There is one undercover carport. The space is tight so if you have a large vehicle you may prefer to park on the street just outside the apartment.
