Small independent accommodation newly furnished, surrounded by greenery, in a magnificent hilly area of the hinterland with sea views. Easy to reach, 7 minutes from the coast and the highway exit, ideal for seaside, sports and historical tourism, it has parking, a garden, a BBQ area, large sheltered spaces for bicycles and other various equipment. Perfect for couples, but can accommodate up to 4 people. We have a dog! Don't worry, Athena is confined to our spaces and loves cuddles :) The space The apartment is a detached villa, an annex of a villa within a residential complex of 3 terraced villas. It is accessed from the street where you can park and through a gate you can access a covered common area where you can store bicycles or other equipment. The entrance to the apartment overlooks its terrace and connected garden from which you can see the sea. In summer, it is equipped with 2 beach beds, a table, and an outdoor umbrella. Inside is a small two-room apartment consisting of a double bedroom with a wardrobe to store up to 4 trolleys, jackets, bag holders, tie holders and belts. The bathroom has a shower tray, the living area consists of a kitchen, a peninsula with 4 stools, a sofa bed with 4 seats and a 4k Smart TV to pamper you in the evening with a nice movie. There are standard pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, a coffee pot, a kettle and standard kitchen equipment. All the fixtures are made of soundproofed aluminum and low heat exchange, the shutters are motorized, both in the living room and in the bedroom there are splits for the air conditioner. In the entrance area, you will pass through a canopy where you can safely store your bicycles or other equipment. The area is closed by a gate to which only we and you will have the keys. Other things to note We are a family tied to the flavors of the south and we like to eat! As good neighbors, we therefore do not exclude the possibility of offering you some tastings at lunch and dinner, if you like, certain that we will be able to brighten up your stay also through your palate ;) We try to be hospitable and make your stay pleasant, so we can help you organize trips, guided tours, and excursions with the right notice!
