Driveway with space for RV + EV charging. The ATV is not for guest-use. This is a bungalow, no stairs and all bedrooms on one level. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Other things to note Please read FULL listing and all House Rules, and ask any questions BEFORE booking. Thank you. Pool use is at your own risk. Upon booking, we will send you a waiver for pool-use, we kindly ask you to agree and sign. Maximum temperature is 29 degrees. Please bring your own: • Towels for pool or bath (bedding provided) • Coffee & Tea (drip coffee maker, filters, fully automatic espresso machine, and tea kettle provided) • Insect Repellant • Well System: Like many homes in the area, our cottage runs on a well system. Running the dishwasher or washing machine at the same time may diminish water supply. Please time showers accordingly. Please kindly conserve water usage. • There is a limit of four (4) bags of garbage (includes recycling) at the end of your stay. Any additional bags over the limit of 4 will need to be taken with you. A disposal fee of $25 per bag will be charged to guests for additional garbage bags left behind. Thank you for reducing waste. • Wifi & cell phone access are available although may be slow at times (this is normal in cottage country). It is sufficient to watch a single stream like YouTube or Netflix. We encourage our guests to relax and unwind. After all, you are at the cottage! • Dishware: We recommend guests pre-wash glasses and dishware before use. It is the guest's responsibility to clean all dishes and cooking utensils at the end of their stay. Our cleaners do their best to look over everything but we are also conscious of keeping clean costs down.  • No AC but there is radiant in-floor heating and cooling system which helps keep the home comfortable in summer and winter. There are also 4 fans available. Please note: the floor cooling is connected with the pool system. The temperature cannot be cooled down if you request the pool heating to be increased. • Our property manager may drop by for seasonal maintenance, mow the lawn, landscape or other. He may come during your stay. You do not need to be home and he will not come inside. If you do not feel comfortable with this please let us know so that we can try to make other arrangements. * NO PARTY POLICY. No undeclared guests. For your safety and ours, the property is monitored with three (3) video surveillance cameras on the exterior. *** We encourage our guests to enjoy all that our beautiful property has to offer.
