Bed 3/ kids lounge has 2 x King Single bunks plus 1 x trundle under bunks. Sofa and with wall mounted TV with remote suitable for gaming. You can attach your play station. Large bathroom with bath & make up mirror. Separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. BBQ on separate veranda with dining table overlooking the lake. Guest access Inside Guests can access all the home except storeroom & linen cupboard which are locked. Outside the Shed and Caravan are fenced off. On the RHS of the Shed there is a verandah where guests can keep bikes, canoes etc for ease of access. There are table, chairs & BBQ to sit and relax there too. Please ensure you leave BQ tools when you leave. Keep BBQ area clean and tidy and chairs returned around table. BBQ wipes next to Barbie. Other things to note Note: towels, fitted base sheets on beds, pillows are provided. BYO sheets, doonas/sleeping bags. We’d like to offer a full linen service but we are limited by the lack of linen services in Collie. Please advise if you would like to use the 2 adult and 2 youth Kayaks, 4 paddles and trolley available for use only on property and black diamond lake accessed from the property. They cannot be removed from the property. After use at the end of the day please store on ledge overlooking lake when not in use - we don't want them lost or stolen by other lake users. 2 double hammocks are available to hang between trees. Hooks in the trees. Hammocks are in the laundry in a basket. If you use kayaks, Kayak trolley and paddles please return to storage when leaving you will be advised of location.
