Other things to note -Check In from 15:00 until 8:00 pm. (NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME). -IMPORTANTE: Notify at least 24hrs. in advance the scheduled time for arrival - A person will be available to release the check in and know the time is essential to avoid mismatches and waiting. - Splitting the check-in is not allowed - EVERYONE must arrive at the same time. - No visitors are allowed. - Maximum limit of 8 guests (REGARDLESS OF AGE - Infant, Child, Adolescent, Adult or Elderly). -Group of young people, a duly documented guardian over 30 years of age is required. - Respect the maximum limit of each elevator, in case of disobedience - a fine will be charged. - Vehicles that have leaks, the owner must arrange for cleaning. -Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with the proper use of a collar and/or muzzle in common areas. (Subject to a fine) -A SECOND cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is returned in filthy conditions (food scattered on the floor or furniture, trash not removed from the kitchen / bathroom, dirty dishes left in the sink, etc.)
