Cottage with a view of the sea 100m away

Villa Estella is our family summer house, built on the first floor, giving unspoiled views of the Mediterranean and the Banana fields around. (the ground floor is used as the villa private parking and covered area for the private pool) The villa is just a six-minute drive to the popular Coral Bay, where someone will find an organized sandy beach, restaurants, beach bars, convenient stores and some nightlife. The Villa is just 100meters away from the seafront. The space The villa is semi-detached with a private pool (exclusive to you), small garden, 2 big verandas, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in the house and one at pool level, covered parking for 2 cars and covered space for the pool area at ground level. The villa is located in an amazing spot, just 100m away from the sea. The front side of the villa has unspoiled sea-views and the back side, views of the nearby hills of Paphos. The next door banana field makes the scenery even more exotic. Despite the fact is semi-detached with the vegetation and the trees it gives a feeling of total seclusion. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole villa, no limitations. Other things to note Note 1: 45kwh per day are included in the daily rate, anything above that is charged at Euro 0.25 per KWH extra, payable in cash during check-out. 45kwh covers the normal use of the house plus air-conditioning in normal use. Note 2: You may get a visit from the gardener and the person responsible for the pool. They will not need any assistance from you, just maybe to remove you from the area they are working. Pool maintenance should not take longer than 1h twice a week, I will try to pre-advise you on their schedule so you know in advance. Note 3: if you need the cleaning lady to come to change your towels and bed linen she will charge Euro 45 per visit. For a full house cleaning, bed sheets and towels change the cost is 100euro per visit payable to the cleaning lady, you need to advise me from before your arrival so that the cleaning lady can schedule it for us. Note 4: The use of the house, the premises and the pool is done under your own responsibility. We as owners, we do not and will not accept any claims for any accidents, injuries or any other outcome from the use of the house, the pool or any areas of the house.
