Our aim is to make your stay special and memorable. Relax with the stunning views and private space. Everything for a great stay is provided: a comfortable king size bed, quality amenities, breakfast provisions and a complimentary EV charger! The apartment is lovely: warm, quiet, extremely comfortable and surrounded by tall trees with no neighbours in sight, yet 8 mins to the CBD. You can read its story, it was designed with love. The space The apartment is large, open plan, separate bedroom with en-suite, and is an easy 8-10 minute drive into the city, 20 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to MONA. We provide guests with: - supplies for a continental breakfast plus extras - a fully equipped kitchen with things you don't want to have to buy for a short stay! - fast wifi (NBN fibre to the house), a smartTV with free Netflix and a sound bar - a reverse cycle AC - heater in the bedroom - a super comfortable king size bed, blackout blinds in the bedroom, luxurious French linen sheets and a choice of pillows - quality Zero and Sukin bathroom amenities and large fluffy towels - a porta-cot and high chair if required - 2 private outdoor areas, a deck with table and chairs, and a grassed sitting area. We are looking to the future and have installed a Tesla Gen 3 wall connector with a type 2 plug...just in case you are driving an EV. Guest access The house is 2 levels. The apartment is self-contained and comprises the lower level of the house. We live on the top level. You have a separate entrance, a circular drive around the house which enables easy flat access, and a deck accessed by sliding doors from the apartment. Other things to note The kitchen benches are low (great for a wheelchair) but a stool with wheels is provided so you don't have to bend. We live upstairs and it is a weatherboard house with wooden floors upstairs, so you may hear us moving around. We try to be quiet....
