The space The spacious two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront villa features a fully equipped kitchen (Coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa features a guest bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a door to the large, fully-furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with 6 chairs. There is also an in-room safe, iron & board, and separate work desk with an electrical outlet. Villa unit location on property assigned at check-in. The view categorization by the Marriott is Oceanfront. You can enjoy the numerous amenities on site, such as 2 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, Kid's splash pad, Daily family and children's activities, and privileged access to their sister resort to enjoy some golf and tennis. Near the property you can venture out to the Harbour Town Lighthouse around the corner, or take the kids and visit the Pirates of Hilton Head, a themed show and meal for the whole family. Unit photos are representative of the unit, the specific unit is assigned at check-in Guest access Upon arrival please go to the front desk. An ID matching your name and credit card is required. Your credit card will be authorized for a refundable security deposit. Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit. Complimentary onsite parking. No RVs, trailers, boats, etc allowed in Sea Pines Area. Only 1 cars per villa. RVs and Trailers, motorcycles, commercial/company vehicles not allowed on the premises. There is a one-time $9 entrance fee instituted by Sea Pines Plantation where the property is located. After checking in, you are given a pass for the duration of your stay to get into the gate (pricing is subject to change). Construction The splash pad will be under construction through June 2026. Expect some noise and construction workers present during business hours. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open. Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit cards. An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit **Please Note: After hours: Arriving guests should utilize the phone located on Marriott's Monarch front porch to reach the front desk at Marriot's Monarch Club front desk. The manager on Duty will meet the guest with arrival materials. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
