The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop! The space The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Tea and coffee supplied. The lounge area has comfortable leather lounge plus large screen TV, DVD player, surround sound & free wifi. The bedroom has a Queen size comfortable bed with modern ensuite and walk in robe. The private outdoor area overlooks the pool and garden and is for your exclusive use including the pool, garden, Gas BBQ, lounge, table & chairs. Guest access Access to “The Pool House” is via the driveway leading you to the rear of the main house, with off street parking for car and trailer boat. Key will be available onsite with instructions via email prior to arrival. Other things to note Newcastle Airport is a short 20 min drive. No Smoking in the Studio Small house trained pets are permitted inside and outside, they have exclusive use of the fully fenced back yard. Note: There is an aged, friendly quiet dog named Boof living in the main house he does not share guests space. Your stay here would be a lovely place to unwind sitting by the pool or after a busy day exploring the local area, Newcastle & Port Stephens with its beautiful beaches is only 40 mins away and you can be in the heart of the Hunter Valley in just over an hour.
