The space 𝐅𝟓𝟐𝟒 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 Our 3rd condo unit, situated in a "Premium" mid-rise condominium in Marilao, Bulacan - inspired by a combination of wood and steel with a touch of teal/blush interior design. Located at SMDC Cheer Residences which is beside SM Marilao. This unit is a FULLY furnished condo unit that can accommodate up to 5 persons, good for a whole family looking for a place to stay. It has of a kind "couch platform" queen-size, where you can play cards/ board games, casually talk with your companion, or lie down while watching movies through our premium accounts on Netflix, IwantTFC, and Disney+. Work errands? worry no more as the unit has a dedicated workplace with a reliable and fast internet connection (LAN not broadband). 24/7 Security, Clean and Safe. Walking distance to the SM Marilao where you can "dine, play, watch and shop" anytime. Home Cooking? We have complete basic cooking wares, utensils, and appliances to use. We also offer a "MINIMAL PARKING FEE" just in front of the Building. Less worry, right? There's also a swimming pool for adults and kids that is restricted only for use by Condo Owners and Guests of Cheer Residences. Swimming Hours: 9 AM-6 PM. Open from Tuesdays to Sundays (Mondays closed) As a complimentary, we provide 1L bottled water, coffee/creamer/sugar, candies, 2 Snacks, and amenity kits such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap - 1 for each staying Guest. Clean bath towels and indoor Slippers are also available for each staying Guest. We also offer a hassle-free check-in process - Self-check-in wherein you only need an access passcode for our main door equipped with a smart lock. Guest access BOOKING PROCESS: After booking, the host will ask for the names of the staying Guests and atleast 1 valid ID for Guest Authorization as part of the Condo Policy. If you'll bring a motor/car, car details will be asked as well. Please note that the Host is not liable in case the Guests were not able to get inside the Cheer Residences due to absence of Guest Authorization resulted from non-submission of required information. On the other hand, late submission will also constitute to indefinite waiting time at the main gate as we need to prepare and hand-over the Guest authorization personally at the main gate. INSIDE THE CONDO UNIT: All the appliances, furniture and fixtures, wares, utensils, and open cabinets can be accessed by the Guests. Please note that Locked & passcoded drawers/cabinets are not allowed to open. All items inside are counted/monitored regularly and will be charged if proven consumed/used without authorization. Other things to note Parking: For last-minute booking, Regular parking fee might be applied. Swimming Pool: The pool fee/head is P150 for weekdays and P300 during holidays. Payment directly to the Condo Admin Office upon accessing the pool while advance payment is needed if your stay falls under weekend (No Office during the weekend). It can be refunded if it case not utilized. Bath Towels and Blankets: For extra bath towels, you may request extra at P100/pc. For Blanket, we only provide 1 blanket for 2 staying guests, while 2 blankets for 3-4 staying Guests. You may request additional at P100/pc. For a longer stay (> 10 days, a request for an additional set of towels/blankets is free. Just inform us of the request for an additional 1 day before check-in day to include in the preparation. For bookings more than 30 days, excessive use of electricity / water that leads to DRASTIC INCREASE from the average utility bills (past 6 months) will be charged the incremental amount to the Guest. We highly promote conservation of water and electricity specially when not in use. In the event of utility outage, the Host is not responsible for any loss of utility usage or inability to access amenities including water, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, fans, air-conditioning, television, cooking equipment, lights ability to charge devices, and other related things that will be affected by this sudden outage. No refunds will be issued for utility loss due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances from the utility companies The Lee Portum Condo Units are managed under the Homestay PH by Lee Portum, a property management business duly registered in DTI and BIR. We issue official BIR receipts for official business requirements.
