The Space and Multi-Level Layout This newly furnished condo features a unique two-story layout designed to maximize open-concept living while maintaining private sleeping quarters. Entrance to the rental is on the ground floor. This lower level houses both bedrooms and both full bathrooms, along with convenient closet storage space to neatly hang your clothes. Moving up to the second floor via a short flight of stairs reveals a spacious, open-concept floor plan combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Designed for maximum group comfort, the living room features plush leather couches and a large flat-screen television. To preserve an open and airy feel, a stylish kitchen island doubles as the dining area, complete with high bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, freezer, and cutlery. Important Community Rules and Regulations Villas Hacienda del Mar, A.C. is a private residential condominium community. To preserve the beauty, safety, and tranquility of the neighborhood, all registered guests are strictly required to observe and follow these community guidelines: * Gated Entry and Security: The community entrance remains closed and secured at all times. Upon arrival, you will be issued a gate card to swipe when entering and exiting the premises. A 50 dollar cash security deposit is required for the card at check-in. This deposit is 100 percent fully refunded to you on departure day once the card is returned to our office. * Check-In Window: Standard check-in operations close at 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a strict 25 dollar late check-in fee to compensate after-hours reception staff. * Seasonal Pool Closures: The community swimming pool is only operational during the summer months. Please note that there is absolutely no pool access between October 15th and March 31st each year when the facilities close for the winter. If the pool is a priority for your stay and you are visiting during the non-summer months, please inquire with our office before booking. * Pool Area Rules: The pool and patio areas close daily at 10:00 PM, and access is strictly restricted to registered guests. Glass containers, personal coolers, canopies, tents, personal BBQ grills, and folding tables are completely prohibited inside the pool enclosure. Portable lawn chairs and sun umbrellas (up to 9 feet) are permitted. Please use the two large, built-in community barbecue grills provided near the facility for outdoor cooking. * Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced across the entire property from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Any activities, loud music, or devices (including musical instruments) that disrupt the peace and comfort of other residents are completely forbidden at all times. * Vehicle and ATV Restrictions: All guest vehicles, including ATVs, are strictly restricted to the private parking area located behind the condominium units. Parking on sidewalks or the rear bricked areas is prohibited, and sleeping in vehicles, on terraces, or on patios is completely forbidden. ATVs of all types may only be driven at low speeds directly to the entrance paths leading out to the sand dunes; recreational riding is strictly banned on the brick residential roads in and around the community. * Waste Disposal: All trash and vacation waste must be placed exclusively into the provided community trash cans. * Parking: There is plenty of open parking available within the community's designated parking zones.
