It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area  - Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant This luxurious 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath San Felipe Mexico rental condominium, located in the upscale resort of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, sits right on the edge of the Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course. Literally, just steps from the 18 hole golf course.  Comfortable sleeping for four guests is guaranteed courtesy of one king size bed in the master bedroom and one queen size bed in the guest room. The master bedroom has a separate shower and tub with his and her sink, while the second bedroom has a full size bathroom with a walk in closet. A fully equipped kitchen with wrap around granite counter tops, washer and dryer, flat screen TV and cozy living room furniture are all here to make your vacation a memorable one. From the condo, it's just a short walk to our private beach bordering the Sea of Cortez. As our guest, you will have access to two swimming pools, the bigger La palapa pool and the more private condo pool just across the street. While at the La palapa pool, catch up with friends and family via the Internet, courtesy of the free Wifi. The restaurant at the La palapa pool has finger licking fish and chips, so don't pass up on this one. Please read carefully and ask if not clear - Maximum occupancy 6 guests. - This rental comes with 4 pool passes only! - If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass Monthly Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.  Note:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes. Other things to note Guest provide all beach and pool towels. 4 Pool passes included. Rental comfortably sleeps 4 guests. If more than 4 guests, up to maximum 6 guests, please bring an airbed to accommodate extra guests. Check-in 3PM - 8PM. After 8PM check-in is $25 extra. This goes to cover my assistant who will work after hours to check you in This community requires guest to pick up pool passes. So after check-in with me, you will need to visit one more office on the resort to pick up your passes. Some guest may find this inconvenient. Unfortunately, these are the community rules - that guest must pick up their pool pass form the office.
