The Space and Home Layout This fully furnished condo features a highly functional two-story floor plan designed with casual coastal living in mind. The main floor centers around an open and airy living room with comfortable lounge seating, making it a welcoming central hub to unwind after a day out on the sand. Important Community Rules and Regulations Villas Hacienda del Mar, A.C. is a private residential condominium community. To preserve the beauty, safety, and tranquility of the neighborhood, all registered guests are strictly required to observe and follow these community guidelines: * Gated Entry and Security: The community entrance remains closed and secured at all times. Upon arrival, you will be issued up to 2 electronic gate cards to scan for entry and exit. A 50 dollar cash security deposit is required for each card at check-in. This deposit is 100 percent fully refundable to you on departure day once the cards are returned to our management office. * Towel Policy: Please note that this vacation rental operates independently and does not supply towels in its baseline inventory. Guests must provide all of their own bath, hand, kitchen, pool, and beach towels. * Seasonal Pool Closures: The on-site swimming pool is available for guest enjoyment during the warmer months. However, please note that there is absolutely no pool access between October 15th and March 31st each year when the facility closes for the winter season. * Pool Area Rules: The community pool and patio areas close promptly at 10:00 PM daily, and entry is restricted to registered guests only. Glass containers, personal coolers, canopies, tents, personal BBQ grills, and folding tables are strictly prohibited inside the pool enclosure. Portable lawn chairs and sun umbrellas (up to 9 feet) are permitted. Please use the two large, built-in community barbecue grills provided near the facility for your outdoor cooking needs. * Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced across the entire condominium property from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Any activities, loud music, or devices (including musical instruments) that disrupt the peace and comfort of other residents are completely forbidden at all times. * Vehicle and ATV Restrictions: All guest vehicles, including ATVs, are strictly restricted to the private parking areas located directly behind the condominium units. Parking on sidewalks or the rear bricked areas is completely prohibited, and sleeping in vehicles, on terraces, or on patios is forbidden. ATVs of all types may only be driven at low speeds directly to the entrance paths leading out to the sand dunes; recreational riding is strictly banned on the brick residential roads in and around the community. * Waste Disposal: All vacation trash and waste must be placed exclusively into the provided community trash cans. Monthly Rentals This condo is completely optimized for long-term seasonal stays. For all monthly rentals, please note that utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption.
