We invite you to a cozy, wooden cottage in Kashubia, located in the quiet town of Sitno, 20 km from the Tri-City and 5 km from Żuków. The house is situated on a large fenced plot, surrounded by forests and 3 large lakes (the beautiful and clean Głębokie Lake is 90 m away). The area is perfect for walking, running, cycling, swimming and ice swimming! Great place for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. In the area, it is easy to encounter kicking hares :) The space A charming place in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A large fenced space with a playground makes the cottage ideal for families with children, for whom there are plenty of attractions, as well as for pet owners. Off-season, it is a wonderful location for a romantic getaway for two or conversations until morning by the fire with friends. Zajęcza chatka is a proposal for people who value peace, quiet and nature. The surrounding forests allow for long walks, bike rides and mushroom picking, and the lakes for fishing, swimming, boating and ice swimming. You can rent a wood-fired hot tub where you can warm up on a winter evening. Nearby is the Radunia River, where kayaking trips are organized. The close location to the Tri-City and the heart of Kashubian Switzerland is an excellent starting point for everyone. Guest access The cottage with the plot and the attractions located on its premises are for the exclusive use of guests. On a tightly fenced plot of 2500 m2, there is a parking lot and many attractions for adults and children of all ages. For guests: - wooden house with toys for children - sand box - swings - climbing - trampoline - football pitch with goals - barbecue - paddle boat - bicycles For an extra fee, a wood-fired hot tub. The year-round cottage is made of wood and finished to a high standard. The adjacent terrace is 18 sq meters and has a large table, benches and a swing-cocoon. The two floors of the cottage have a total of 48 sq meters of usable area. Downstairs there are rooms: - a living room with a double sofa bed, a table, a wardrobe, a dresser and a TV, - kitchen with a bar, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, 4-burner induction stove, toaster, dishwasher, tableware, cutlerylery, pots, pans, etc. - bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The upper floor is a bedroom space with two double beds. At the request of guests, it is possible to set up a travel cot for the youngest. The bedrooms are covered with a curtain, which ensures intimacy. In one part there is a desk with a comfortable chair for work, in the other part there is a chest of drawers and a rack with children's toys. The cottage is comfortable with hot water, electric heaters, an electric fireplace and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Other things to note Possibility to use a paddle boat.
