The closest city is Welland where you can go to buy groceries and other necessities. The property itself is located in a quiet residential area to relax after a day of sightseeing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay even on a rainy day! The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Full Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Patio BBQ Backyard Parking garage and driveway Other things to note According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. - Pets are allowed in the Townhouse. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet. ***Garbage*** Guests are responsible for removal all their garbage from premises upon check-out and disposing of it at appropriate waste facility. Any garbage left on the property will result in $15 CAD charge per bag.
