The space Located just 1.3kms away from the esplanade in Mooloolaba, this home is nestled in a quiet residential backstreet. Inside the home you will find four beautiful bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and an open plan living and dining space complete with a modern kitchen and butler's pantry. Spend your days lazing about on the deck chairs by the pool or relax inside air-conditioned comfort on the couch while watching a movie. The exterior glass sliding doors provide a seamless transition between the beautiful backyard and the interior of the home, inviting in an abundance of natural lighting. Watch the world go by from the front porch as you relax into one of the two outdoor arm chairs with a coffee or book. Open-plan living and dining: Characterised by a light and bright white interior, the open-plan living and dining area is spacious and practical. Cook in comfort and luxury in the modern kitchen complete with quality appliances, an island bench top with seating and a big butlers pantry. Present your home-cooked meals made with love on the dining table with seating for eight. Alternatively, opt for an outdoor cookout and make use of the barbecue and alfresco seating while enjoying the infamous Sunshine Coast weather. This outdoor area is complete with a sparkling pool, deck chairs and fully-fenced yard to keep your furry-friends safe and content. Back inside you will find the first of two living areas which features a smart TV, two comfortable couches and a cupboard complete with games. The second living space offers more privacy as it is semi-enclosed and provides the perfect spot to settle in with a good book. This space also features a bookshelf stocked with enough books to keep you entertained for the entire duration of your stay! Three of the four bedrooms are located on the right side of the home while the master bedroom, ensuite and laundry room are to the left, offering privacy for parents looking for a romantic escape. Bedroom 1 (Master): A comfortable king-sized bed with glass sliding doors that extend out to the pool area. Ensuite: This bathroom features a modern, walk-in shower, a his and hers vanity, a toilet and a beautiful bathtub. Bedroom 2: A dreamy queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A plush queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Two king single beds, ceiling fan and a desk with a small selection of books that provides a great place to work from home. Bathroom 2: Spacious and modern, complete with a walk in shower with two shower heads, a vanity and toilet. Bathroom 2.5: Toilet with vanity and sink. Laundry room: Washing machine, cleaning equipment and outdoor clothes line. This room features a door that opens out to a space equipped with an outdoor clothesline and fake turf that is perfect for pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park two cars in the garage and there is also free street parking available. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies.
