Security is also a priority: the condominium has a concierge with a guardhouse, a camera system in the common areas and access control. In the apartment, there is a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm — rest assured, the red light that comes on is from the security alarm. There are no cameras inside the apartment. And the location? Imbatível! You'll be just a few steps away from everything you need: supermarkets, bakery, wine shop, pharmacy and gas station. There is a private cabinet between the stove and the sink, which is locked with a key. We ask that you respect this, as well as a chest under the bunk, which should not be used as a bed.
