A scenic drive will take you to the breathtaking Buderim Forest Park and Kondalilla National Park. These natural wonders boast scenic walking trails, waterfalls, and more. For seaside adventures, a quick 30-minute drive from our charming tiny home will lead you to the sun-kissed shores of Coolum Beach and Mooloolaba Beach. A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re booking for a group, we also offer three additional tiny houses (Hill Creek 2, Hill Creek 3, and Hill Creek 4) available with 24 hours’ notice, ensuring you even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. Other things to note - Please bring your own firewood - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We advise guests to KEEP AN EYE ON CHILDREN inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
