Come and relax at Bells Beach Family Retreat! Nestled in amongst the trees on 5 acres, just 1.8 kms from the world famous Bells Beach. Come to surf or come to relax in our spacious timber dwelling, sipping a tea on the expansive deck, or relaxing by the fire after a walk or bike ride along the bush tracks at the nearby Ironbark Basin. A perfect base from which to explore the great ocean road and the scenic beaches offered along the southern journey to The Apostles and beyond. The space -This house features 3 generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a single bed and a desk. -The family room features 2 single day beds and a double futon made up and ready for use. -All bedrooms and family rooms enjoy the rural views of the property. -An adequate bathroom space includes shower and bath plus adjoining toilet. -A large well appointed kitchen features gas cooktop, electric wall oven, microwave and large fridge with filtered water and ice maker. -The huge pantry section has ample storage for all your cooking and entertaining requirements. -An expansive deck features an outdoor setting for 15, a wood-fire pizza oven and gas barbecue. -Laundry includes family size washing machine and dryer with double trough. -The dining area seats 10 at the table and five additional bar stools at kitchen counter. -The living room features a wood-fire, upright piano ( for guests to enjoy!) and wall mounted TV streaming services via Telstra T-box such as Stan, Netflix, Disney+ etc. to be enjoyed curled up on two comfortable couches.
