Fully renovated studio apartment located in the beautiful hills of Three Rivers. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. This area has a cozy, small-town feel with big-time fun! Just a 15 minute drive to Sequoia National Park Entrance! You're sure to have an awesome time staying at my place! The space ★The Space★ It’s a spacious and well-appointed studio that offers amazing views! A light and bright space featuring a ceiling fan and air conditioning, WiFi, Netflix. A stellar craftsman-style studio apartment with a shared laundry room. Private entrance and keypad entry. ★Please note ★ -This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors who aren't too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they will call the cops if they have any issues. We want to make sure all guests are aware that this is not a party spot. We reserve the rights to cancel and ask you to leave if excessive noise and disturbance is reported. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors. EV CHARGING - Our property is equipped with a Tesla charger, making it easier than ever to stay connected and fully charged during your visit. - This listing is located below the upper house. We rent the upper house to guests as well. Please be mindful of noise and feel free to say hi to the other guests if you see them! - Our driveway has a left and right side. You can park on the right side in front of your unit as long as you don't block any vehicles in. The upper house guests will park on the left side. If your vehicle can't make it up the driveway, please park on the street. - It is a 20 meter walk up a fairly steep hill to the apartment - We are out in nature, and although rare, there have been sightings of bears, snakes, and spiders. - We love our neighbors! No parties and no loud noise after 10 pm, please. My assistant, Jovie, helps me out with the inbox every once in a while. He might answer the phones from time to time. He's very kind and super helpful. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire lower studio and shared laundry room. The laundry room is right next to the lower studio and is shared with the upper unit. Other things to note This house is located in the wild! You might hear birds including woodpeckers that occasionally peck on the house in the AM. It's usually only about 10 min or less of pecking and then they leave. We are working to prevent this from happening to guests.
